At The Vintage Wholesale Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your bulk orders, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our quality grading standards. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are returned in their original wholesale condition to qualify for a refund or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Approval & Documentation

  Once our team reviews your claim, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a detailed return shipping instruction sheet.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the vintage garments securely in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After receiving and inspecting the returned stock at our warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
